Brendan
Brendan is the owner of Downing Renovations and has been working on remodeling projects for 7 years. He works as project manager and on jobsites and spends his free time trying to improve his golf game.
Sam
Sam is a skilled tile installer and trim carpenter with an eye for the details that has been on the team for 3 years. He loves a good pool party.
Caleb
Caleb is our newest team member and works on all aspects of our projects from demo to painting and finish carpentry. He enjoys dialing in his recipes in the kitchen and is our resident waffle enthusiast.
Frequently Asked Questions
This will mostly be decided by how large the scope of work for the project is but typically bathrooms take about 4 weeks, kitchens about 12 weeks and additions or whole house remodels several months.
Yes! We are always open to working with other professionals in the field.
We use trade partners alongside our skilled in house carpenters depending on what the project requires. Anyone that we bring on the job we would trust to work in our own homes.
Our proposals include building materials and labor. The client or designer purchases any of the variable finishing items like tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures etc. For the most part, if it's something that needs to be chosen our clients will purchase it.
