How does your pricing work?

The price that you pay Downing Renovations is for labor and building materials.


We purchase all of the non-finish items like drywall, lumber, tile installation materials etc...
You purchase all of the finishing items that you choose such as cabinets, tiles, flooring, and countertops.

Do you have insurance?

Of course, we have liability insurance as well as workers compensation insurance for our employees.

When can our project get started?

It depends on several factors like: what stage of the design process you are at, when the finishes you choose will be available, and what our schedule is like when you get in touch with us.


For a full renovation it could be anywhere from 1-4+ months before the project begins.

How long will my job take?

A full renovation varies in time based on many different things. The bigger the project and the more extensive the rehab the longer it will take. A bathroom could take 3+ weeks, and a kitchen 8+ weeks all depending on the job.
